 In vremurile stravechi ale regiunii Capodochia, a luat nastere savuroasa mancare in ulcior de ut. Locuitorii vremii se foloseau de resursele naturale pentru a crea atat ulciorul cat si continutul. Sapau gropi unde ardeau ulcioarele si tot acolo umplute cu carne proaspata de vite si legume abia culese, complet sigilate, erau gatite.
Pentru a-si pastra gustul acestea erau sparte doar in momentul servirii.
